A FEW MONTHS BACK I STOPPED HERE AND GOT A SHAMROCK SHAKE IT WAS NASTY AND WATERY, NOT THICK AT ALL.. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.. I LOVE THE FRAPPES THOUGH AND THE $5 MEAL DEALS! ON 7/29 THIS MORNING I WANTED BREAKFAST, AND GOT A MOCHA FRAPPE NO WHIP CREAM, & THE SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE IS THE BOMB.. A BIT PRICEY.. MY ENTIRE BREAKFAST ORDER CAME UP TO $13.. THE DAMN HASH BROWN IS $3.09.. JUST CRAZY WITH THE PRICES GOING UP EVERYWHERE.. I WON'T GET ANOTHER HASH BROWN FROM MCD'S.. THAT'S TOO MUCH $$$ FOR A DAMN HASH BROWN!! I WAS HERE ON 6/13/26 GETTING SOME LUNCH FOR ME & MY MOM.. WE GOT THE $6 MEALS

This place was absolutely shockingly disgusting! Not one clean place to sit the other customers are sitting down in filthy seats and tables cause there’s nowhere to go. There’s no drinks for refills by the way you have to pay for refills now at the McDonald’s which has a high cost of beverages now and it’s just ridiculous. It’s so sad to see the state where McDonald’s has gone $13 meals for the basic chicken wrap and I’m expected to eat in filth!? With flies buzzing around?

Landed in the US from UK few hours ago and ordered McDonalds menu here at 10 am, arrived at 10:30 on the dot and got told that my order has been thrown away?!?! and that they have to cancel it (aka I have to cancel it and pray I get my money back). What I assume was the manager, attempted to scamble up a valid enough reason and blame me, furthermore apparenlty if you order it as curbside and not pic up it doesnt get thrown away? I was not aware of loopholes a customer needs to go to to get their food that thry paid for, feels like there is a need to be a part of secret McDonald's society to be

Visiting the area and was surprised by the warm and inviting interior. My plan was to read the news on my tablet and enjoy a quiet morning. I used my app and was also surprised they offered table service. Made my order and was waiting a while. Then, I went to the counter to find my order in the takeout area in a bag. Is that what they call table service in MA? Very disappointed, but I should have expected no less from McDonald's wherever it is located.
