Really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I ordered online and when I got my food, I found what looked like avocado pit skin still attached to pieces of avocado inside my burrito. The burrito itself was messy, poorly prepared, and honestly looked disgusting once I opened it up. As someone who works in food service myself, I understand mistakes happen, but I would never look at something like that and think it was okay to serve to somebody. I don't go to Chipotle very often only because it's out of my way. I really wanted to try the carne asada steak so I ordered the bowl, chicken burrito, side of chicken and a crispy chicken taco. Everything was good except for the steak, it was awful! I couldn't chew 75% of it, see pics, full of grizzle. I'll go back in time but I will never try the steak again. Employee was friendly and ordering ahead on the app was convenient and simple.

You can not pre order anything anymore. Ordered a burrito for pick up…. Was not even rolled up half the food had fallen out on top of my fiancé burrito bowl. Just terrible service. As someone who worked in fast food throughout college as a part time job I would never let an order go out like that. And that was when minimum wage was $8 not $15 and change in today’s market. Please do better for your customers have a little pride in your work.

Don’t get all the negative reviews. I have been there multiple times and my order has been perfect every time. It’s a chipotle and the food tasted like any other Chipotle.
