I’m changing my review because apparently I was just hangry & crotchety… the everything bagel was toasted perfectly & the butter was perfectly melted in time to dip my bagel into my orange tea… which was total serendipitous pleasure! 😋 They were not extra “peopley” & the kiosk was social anxiety friendly. Condiments were o.c.d. friendly, bagged separate from touching the food items, which I appreciated. There was enough condiments & utensils 🍴 Hot water for the tea was hot but not scalding, steeped perfectly. I love my carbs & this is still my favorite “fix.” The manner & decorum was proper,

Worst experience ever. Order bowl of Chicken noodles soup. Had a long male hair in it. Told the manager showed to her. She wasn't really apologetic. Gave us another bowl of chicken noodles soup. Which had another hair in it. This is the second bowl hair picture.

Man this Panera Bread has unfortunately gone downhill. No avocado and was dirty! Hopefully it was just my visit. But I was questioning if they would pass a health inspection. Food was fine, but get it together. Yuck! Visit was 30AUG25 at around 4pm

I went over to Panera at around 3pm on Saturday. I waited 30 minuets for my food to be served to me. Decided to try our drive through today at 10am, same thing. The most slowest fast food place I have ever eaten at. And on top of that I found what appeared to be a purple hair, in my sandwich last weekend. The place is a mess, huge disaster, workers are disrespectful. Come on do a better job!!!!!
