The reviews about the manager at this location are honestly wild to me. Hi, I’m Jennifer. I own a business nearby and I’m at this location one to two times a day regularly. My drinks are always perfect, the staff is amazing, and the manager is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever interacted with. Late review as this was the BigFoot Java my boyfriend and I frequented when he lived in Puyallup and when we lived in Puyallup for a year. This location is the better BigFoot Java location in Puyallup as the other one does not know how to make drinks as they frequently mess up or it just tastes awful. They are also always efficient and we never have to wait long to receive our drinks. We have never had a bad drink here and the baristas here are always so kind to us and our fur babies. Bigfoot Java has been one of my favorite coffee houses for many, many years. I have been one of their original customers from when they originally started. Service has always been exceptional. The lady breweristas are always beautiful, funny and nice to talk to. Sometimes the line can be a little long.But it's well worth it.The coffee is great. Sometimes I am buying for multiple people.My staff appreciates it when I come through and get them their favorite drink.

If you’re looking for a family friendly location, you’re in the wrong place! The “store manager Kendra” was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I ordered two rainbow kid frappes and when we drank these all you tasted was expired dairy I called them to let them know they are selling expired products and in hopes to come up with a convenient solution due to the fact my girls were headed to school in graham for a late start day.
