I have 1 constant complaint. This bacon egg and cheese wrap a crime. Not only is there barely any bacon but they use the thinnest cheapest bacon they can find. I have no other complaints, but this mostly what I order. Now it's sausage which I really dont like. Fix this please! More bacon on the wraps

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Dunkin’. We ordered breakfast through the drive-thru, but they handed us someone else’s order. After realizing the mistake, we returned to have it corrected. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue professionally, the employee was rude and unhelpful. Mistakes can happen, but customer service matters. A simple apology and a respectful attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the poor handling of the situation left a bad impression. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better customer service in the future.

I stopped by today morning to grab a medium ice vanilla coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant and was give a croissant that was missing bread like they cut it with their hands and the inside of bread felt raw. Like when bread is put to freeze and don't left it thaw all the way.

I went through the drive through today for a simple hot black coffee. The young lady in the drive through asked if I wanted cream and sugar and I said no. I got home to find a coffee with cream and sugar. I guess I need to start checking my black coffee before I drive off. Ridiculous.
