this location is not the same. I drive to the next near by chicken kitchen in the area instead of this one. But today, I wanted to give this location another chance. They did not impress. The mash potatoes are never fresh anymore. The mash potatoes are soggy and watery. Chicken was salty. This use to be my favorite location but once they management, it started lacking value and care.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Chicken Kitchen location. The service was exceptional I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Carmen. I was ordering for my wife and kids as well so it was quite a large order. All of the bowls were made very quick and efficiently and I never had to repeat myself after ordering the first time. Not only was the service top tier the food was fresh and tasted delicious. I’ll gladly be frequenting this location.

stopped by around 5:30 PM today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The girls by the grill were chatting while working, and I noticed food being handled without gloves, which was concerning. Cleanliness and proper food handling are really important, and this visit didn’t meet expectations. I do want to mention that a gentleman did pop his head out while I was checking out and asked how my day was, which I appreciated. Hoping this was just an off moment, but it definitely made me uncomfortable.

This place has gone completely downhill. The rice is constantly undercooked like nobody even bothered checking it, while the chicken somehow comes out dry and overcooked at the same time. Every order feels rushed and careless. Calling the store is a waste of time because they never answer the phone no matter how many times you try. Customer service is terrible and the whole operation feels disorganized. If you can’t consistently make basic rice and chicken correctly, something is seriously wrong.
