We’re regulars at this location and have always requested “crispy chicken skin” for our bowls, which has never been an extra charge until tonight. When we asked for it, a staff member told us it would be $3.50 extra. Surprised, we asked if this was a new policy, and he told us rudely that it had always been that way. He identified himself as the night manager and was wearing one dangling black cross earring. When I looked up at the menu, it clearly listed “crispy chicken skin” for 99 cents, which is completely reasonable. So I asked him to explain the difference between the menu item at 99 ce

This is a nice location! all furniture is white so they have to keep it super clean all the time. Service is very fast, I love it! Chicken was Juicy not as dry as other locations. I hate that their bowls are plastic, but at least they ask you if is to eat there and they don’t put they plastic lid, as other places that they do it automatically and creates extra trash for nothing. The good thing is that their water cups are paper!! Over all they have good staff and everything is super clean.

They charge you $1 for the skin on the chicken you’re already buying. Management, I would recommend changing that if you want repeat customers. The staff was great. But very bad decision to charge customers who are already paying, extra for the skin on the chicken they’re already paying for. Doesn’t make sense.

Wait… so y’all remove the chicken skin and then charge me extra to put the skin back on? 🤔 That’s like selling a car without the tires and charging extra to drive it. Chicken Kitchen has officially lost me. The nickel-and-diming is out of control. Everything is an upcharge now. I will not be eating here again.
