I constantly come to this Panera and study here. Which means I am constantly a patron of Panera and I purchase food from them. Today I ordered a FULL Asian Sesame Chicken salad. And this is what I was given. I paid $13 to receive my food container half full. And when I asked the kitchen staff, they said “Yeah that’s a full. The prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller.” No other offer to make it right. Absolutely horrific. And the audacity to add a dome lid as if you filled the bowl and needed more space. Scam city over here.

Outstanding, just an outstanding experience. I called in a last minute order for 10 people. I explained I was coming from Bucktown and that it was going to take me an hour to get to the location. Not only was my order ready, Gwendolyn can see I was experiencing a rough day. She made it better with her customer service and smile. Thank you Gwendolyn. 😊 This will be my go to for all my future orders.

Visited the cafe over the last week and the cashiers lack common sense. I noticed a cashier give change out to a manager with latex gloves and use those same gloves to touch pastries. I reported it to one of the managers named Gwendolyn and she did absolutely nothing . This same manager was sweeping the floor around tables while people were dining. Gwendolyn ( manager) lacks common sense & is extremely unprofessional. The store needs tightening up and Gwendolyn needs to go! Best, TMH😊
