I didn’t catch any names. Our cashier was very attentive and nice, but one of the staff working in the kitchen was very rude. We had ordered a grilled cheese that we didn’t get when we picked up our order. When I went up and tried to ask, she gave me attitude and said “sorry mama, you didn’t place the order” when I know we had. As we were eating, she came by the table and eventually set down the sandwich and remarked “there was a miscommunication”. She had on a blue shirt and looked like she had tired eyes with reddish hair. I don’t like the attitude she gave me and it was extremely disrespect

I went through the drive through and we have been waiting in the pickup window for over 15 minutes now. Probably closer to 20?? Not only that but I have my window rolled down to wait for her and THERE ARE LIKE 20 FLYS IN MY CAR NOW. ????? I do not recommend this torture at all. I would not wish this experience on my enemies.
