I go to this Dunkin’ location every single morning and usually spend around $25 a day here, so what happened yesterday was extremely disappointing. On March 4th around 9:30 AM, I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order. My order number ended up being 9407 once I was finally helped. The employee working the counter, whose name I believe was Yasoda, completely ignored me while I was waiting to order. I go to this Dunks all the time. They have some wonderful people working there and they make the best coffee. That being said, I think im no longer comfortable ordering food from this location. The new supervisor guy, refuses to wear two gloves when he makes food. Hes always on the phone or handling his phone then making orders for customers. Ive seen this too many times now. There are some new people making food, constantly touching their faces, necks, etc with gloves on and then making food. I think the cleanliness has kind of gone out the window so i think im going to stick to going to the

All Dunkin’ Donuts are To hood . Absolutely has its own atmosphere and clientele identity. “ you look like you go to Dunkin’ Donuts” . Not a Starbucks fan but there overly vibed.

And this right here, ladies and gentlemen is why don’t go to Dunkin it don’t matter what Dunkin is you’re bound to get the same quality Food and customer service. This is a reminder why I stopped going to Dunkin.
