Every time I have come here, the staff is always nice. I order on the app, and my order is always correct and ready fast. I give 3 stars for atmosphere because, almost every time I'm there, someone decides to mop the floor, which ruins my appetite.

Yesterday, Monday, June 8, I went, as usual, to get my iced coffee. For some time now, the service at this McDonald's has been getting worse, but this time something happened that I don't think is acceptable. All of the employees were wearing earbuds, and even worse, the manager was wearing them too. While taking my order, she was also talking on a phone call. I spent more than an hour in the restaurant, and because the manager kept her earbuds on, neither she nor the employees were paying attention to the customers. I love this McDonalds but they have to do better filling their app orders. I do this specifically for accuracy but the last 3 times I have ordered, there is something missing from my order. This means there is a breakdown between the app order and fulfillment. Today, I didn't get the fries that came with my meal. Last time, it was an apple pie. Please initiate a QC process that accurately fills orders.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich meals after a couple of bites of tough and chewy chicken . Asked for something different , any thing would do even a 2 dollar junior burger . after a whole weekend of volleyball tournament for my daughter and 4 hours of drive back to Houston ahead of us , I was ready to go . they refused. They said complain to the hotline. Some guy that apparently delivers for them came from behind me and shoved me in the board. Basically assaulting a customer over a tough chicken sandwich. If I didn’t have my 11 year old daughter with me , it would’ve ended differently. I don
