Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the dirtiest chipotle. If it was just one occurrence I could understand a busy night or being shortstaffed, but I come about once a month and it’s consistently gross. Every table is dirty. The drink station is not stocked and messy. Trash cans overflowing with customers having to put their trash on the ground or leave on table. The employees never seemed like they want to be there. Must be some serious issues with management. I can only imagine how sanitary they are with my food. Sadly I won’t be back.

This place has a 3.7 rating for a reason . It seams EVERY TIME I come to this location they are out of steak . Either it’s cooking or it hasn’t been cut up is the response I got today . It’s probably just my luck . But this time no white rice, no vegetables, no steak . The guy in front of me was asking for some vegetables and the kid just says “no” lol. I mean do you really need two lady’s handling the orders . One lady was grabbing the food and placing it into the bags and sliding it over a whole 5inches to the register lady to charge lol ,if it was really busy yes I understand faster check o

The little girl that served us was so rude, rushing us, saying “anything else?” so fast it basically came out before we even finishing saying what we wanted so it’s like we are simultaneously speaking over each other. I would understand if the place was really busy or something but we were the only two people in line. We were both disappointed with the small portion of chicken too. We didn’t complain but a few minutes later we overheard another customer in line asking for a larger portion of chicken and her saying this is the normal amount (it’s not) so for more she would have to charge him. H

This location is a disgrace. The staff is completely unfriendly; they charged me $40 for two kids' meals, and no chips and soda for the meals.and when I call the restaurant, they don't answer. The host is Estefany
