Michael Williams★I've been out of state for a long time and just moved back, so this is the first time I've been to Pollo Tropical in 5 years. And it's also the last. Never again. This has gotta be a joke. I shouldn't be able to count the bits of chicken on my 10 fingers. 3 tiny slices of jalapeno for a large tropichop? And that sauce is barely larger than a quarter. This restaurant has fallen off so hard I cant believe they're still in business. Adios Pollo Tropical!
Young Man★★★★★Busy, busy, busy! You could never catch the workers looking at their phones or being lazy. They are always running around getting orders together. Front register, drive-thru, and online orders it's so much work! I am a regular, so I have my Pollo Tropical game down: Always order online, you don't need the app you can use the web. The online order system says your order will be ready in 10 minutes, but that's never enough time. They should change that. I usually give them at least 20 minutes. They have to portion the order into the container, then put the sauces in a separate pouch so the do

Marco Mata★Anthony should be suspended or fired for how he treated my elderly mother today. She stopped by after church to pick up lunch. She ordered 2 sandwiches and asked that the bread be pressed. When they weren’t pressed, she asked about it again, and Anthony said to the rest of the staff that my mother was ridiculous right in front of her. She asked for a manager and Anthony and the rest of the staff laughed and could care less. Not to mention, they got the rest of the order incorrect. Anthony has no business working in a place of customer service where he opening disrespects customers and elderly
