They offer an abundance of options. They also have departments that you don't normally see in other grocery chains, like the pharmacy or Boar's Head prepared food. The store is clean, and the location is convenient next to Historic R Street District. Regarding costs, it helps to sign up for their mobile app for savings.
Michael W.★★★★Sacramento Downtown has many grocery stores around the area. This Safeway is one of the best and is near the center of the Midtown area. The market is nice and clean. Well organized with most of the items in stock. The workers are friendly and helpful. However, the parking lot is a mess. I have a hard time with parking almost every time I am there. The next problem is that the area has many homeless people. Sometimes they are sitting near the main entrance.

I got my new tags so I was happy, But? they only have one exit in their security guard was in a big argument with three other people out front and he didn't let me through as a continued to argue it took me 3 minutes to finally ask him if I could leave so it was very bad situation
Aaron Larson★Came in at 12am and dairy and freezer area having the floor clean cam in hour after still being clean no idea why this could of been done when closed instead of having it block off and no one can shop in that area I’m sorry but some ppl only have time to go shop at night I’m good off this location for a while never happy when I shop there anyway half the plants are dead fruits look old as hell and spoils working a week or 2 when I can get stuff from other places and last longer no way onions should be bad in 2 weeks save mart have better looking produce then Safeway does and better prices
