I went to the drive up to order a burger and fries.The speaker came on and welcomed me to mcdonald's and I started giving my order.But when I pulled around the gal at the window says, I didn't get your order.I said, well, the machine was talking to me and I was responding.She said, oh, that's the automatic automatic teller that well, you gotta turn that off.Because people are talking to it thinking, it's a real person

Absolute the worst service I’ve ever had at pretty much any McDonald’s. I waited 15 minutes just to get my food when I’m dying in and it tells you the kiosk have a seat will bring it to you, but they don’t Wilber. It was handling the counter, which was rude and thought I didn’t speak Spanish and was cussing me out for asking her for syrup. For real people. I hope ice goes to that store Hardly any of them speaks English.

The absolute slowest and worst McDonald I have ever been to. The amount of times I had to go inside to get the correct thing that I ordered is insane. The workers inside are beyond unprofessional and do not work well together. I’ve seen them arguing and getting order after order wrong while they have a line of customers at the drive thru and at the counter. Do better.
