Order took 20 mins, burger was cold and the wrong thing. Burger patty looked like it was dropped on the floor and bun was hard. Fries had hair in them. Every table was dirty and sticky. Every kiosk was out of receipt paper, while I waited 6+ people ordered togo and did not know their order number. Staff acted surprised every time someone said they did not get a receipt.

Was first person in the morning to get breakfast. Store looked oddly dark but drive thru was 'open'. They asked me to hold on a minute, no big deal. Someone comes back telling me that they weren't quite ready yet and said it would take about 10 mins before they could start service. Ok...I guess I will wait. Not quite 10 minutes later, someone else comes back and tells me they don't have a lot of food items, but they can try to make my order, depending upon what they have. Just an update. I tried going back. It's now May 2026 just as crappy. I honestly don't know how a McDonald's can open . It has to do to the highway 10 keeping them open. The service absolutely atrocious Seriously, this is how we stack a sandwich! What a joke! I guess what do you expect from McDonald's? Shame on me!

You can tell that they are trying. The manager looks very stressed out. The service speed could be better but I don't know how many people are supposed to be working either. The entire building smells like pee though. This is not ok and they should not be serving people food with it smelling like that. I'm so grossed out after being in there.
