I love Hefeweizen, and this one is pretty good, but there's a slight change that most might not agree with. Another beer I tried was the Dortschlager. This beer I enjoyed slightly more than the Cashmere. This beer has a smoother taste. However, these beers are great products. We sat at the bar but there is plenty of seating, indoor and outdoors. Beer is cold and tasty. We have the pretzel biscuits to accompany our Cashemere Hefeweizen. Biscuits not only had a great presentation but were delicious. Don’t freak out since brewery is in the middle of a neighborhood, odd but in a normal south San Antonio way. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new, great place to enjoy good beer.

But the beer is not the only thing that resembles the authentic German experience; the food also adequately represent the German culture. Staples like the Brautswurst, etc, will give you an authentic taste of German cuisine
