I would like to thank Andy for making me feel welcome and comfortable. The beers I had were the Cashmere, which was a hefeweizen. I love Hefeweizen, and this one is pretty good, but there's a slight change that most might not agree with. Another beer I tried was the Dortschlager. This beer I enjoyed slightly more than the Cashmere. This beer has a smoother taste. However, these beers are great products. The food and service were both excellent! I loved the traditional food, awesome flavor and dishes were put together well. Staff made recommendations that did not disappoint. An interesting location in the city, parking available and big spot to bring groups. The beer was great too, I can't remember the name of the one I got but it was darker and tasted very good.

Wonderful place for beer specialists. Service is on point, friendly and fast. We popped in on Sunday noon visit. We sat at the bar but there is plenty of seating, indoor and outdoors. Beer is cold and tasty. We have the pretzel biscuits to accompany our Cashemere Hefeweizen. Biscuits not only had a great presentation but were delicious. Don’t freak out since brewery is in the middle of a neighborhood, odd but in a normal south San Antonio way. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new, great place to enjoy good beer.
