Outstanding customer service! Stopped by the drive-thru around 12:35 PM today. The staff was fast, accurate, and incredibly friendly—it completely brightened my day! We loved the themed decor, the cutsey Minion shirt, and minion hat ,and we absolutely loved the Minion shakes. We literally went just for the new Minion kidsmeal release. my mom ordered a salad at the drive-through and asked for no blue cheese. The woman repeated and said “no blue cheese got it” and it was a small order. When we went home, the salad had blue cheese. we drove back and walked inside and the nice male at the counter asked whats wrong and we explained she got blue cheese. He was smiling the whole time and told us she would get a new one free of charge. We were happy it wasn’t made into a big deal. As we were waiting i asked my mom for a frosty but changed my mine. The minions meal was very disappointing specifically in this location. I'm a huge fan of the minions franchise and I was very disappointed when the location forgot the exclusive collection toy it comes with. Not a warning if the toy was sold out at all. I get it, it happens but I wasted my money on something that wasn't even included.

Went thru drive thru with good wait time. However I wanted my MINION meal. I got the wrong drink and they didn't even tell me they were out of the toy…i got no toy. Im soo sad. 😞
