Our mobile order was incomplete when they handed it to us. Had to double check and we were missing nuggets and sauce. They gave it to us and we took it home to eat. Fries were not fresh. And there was a tag in my son’s burger! He noticed it halfway through it. It is absolutely disgusting to find something like this in your food that you are in the middle of eating! I drove back and spoke with the manager who said they will do better and pay more attention. Yet they can’t even get my order right, I seriously doubt it. This place doesn’t care. I got a refund and was offered coupons. I said no. I

I’ve never had a hot frie from this place. Ever. We come for the 5star play place. We order minimal food, it’s super disappointing. Would love if the local manager would get on this place because it would be a 10 for little kids if it had hot food.

Every time we order here, 4 times in a row, there is an issue with it. This time inside the bag with my name on it was a bag with someone else’s name and order. Like they just put someone’s order directly into my bag and I assume my order into theirs? Always disappointed and will make sure to get breakfast elsewhere.

Lost my kid again, in the ball pit at the McDonald’s in Sandy, Utah and started to question everything I knew about parenting and gravity. The ball pit is like entering the Labyrinth, you almost have to take LSD just to find your way out of there! I yelled his name for 15 minutes while other kids stared at me like I was an unpaid clown on break. Not far off, to be honest.
