This Panera gets a very high amount of foot traffic, so big credit to the staff for keeping orders moving smoothly and maintaining such a clean space. There’s always someone sweeping the lobby and keeping the place spotless, which I really appreciate. I spend a lot of time here working remotely, and the Unlimited Sip Club has been a great value for me. While the coffee can sometimes be hit or miss — occasionally lukewarm or a bit watery — there’s no other place where you can refill all day like this, so overall it’s still a great perk. I came here for a quick something to eat, and get a coffee. The facilities were neat and well-maintained. I opted for the half/ half sandwich and soup. I had the light roast coffee which is why this review is not a 5 star review. I was quite disappointed that the coffee was barely warm, and it was obviously past its prime. Everything else was good, but I dumped out the coffee and made a tea. I expect more from Panera Bread than old and luke warm coffee.

Was pleasant, I've never been to a panera bread so tried today. Tomato soup was the worst thing, chili was good, and the grilled cheese was the best sandwich. Cookie was nice too. Pricing wise they're fine with their deals but just raw it's a tad high.

Ordered for rapid pick up a quick meal after arriving in Sunnyvale for a work trip. No issues with ordering online, and the order was accurate. Not sure why my name wasn't on the board, but the order happened to be completed when I asked at the counter. This was 10 minutes later than requested, but perfect timing after being stuck in traffic. Access was decent from streets and parking. The shopping center was very busy on a Tuesday evening. My complaint was trying to find the rapid order pickup. I didn't see any signs and found it in the back. This was unusual for me where the shelves
