“Friendly staff and good food!”

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. The manager on duty allowed an extremely small portion of fries to be served—far below what is advertised or normally expected for the price paid. This was not a minor difference but a noticeable shortage. Portion control should not come at the expense of customers receiving less than what they pay for. Management needs to address consistency and quality standards to avoid experiences like this in the future.

I had a terrible experience tonight 03/04/26. I ordered the five for five. I thought was simple. First off the young lady that was supposed to wouldn’t stop learning on the wall never looked at me. I tried asking if she was going to collect my payment she couldn’t stop leaning on the wall and taking orders and of course rude. So I drive up to the next window with my credit card in hand waving it. I told the gentleman who ever so nice I didn’t realize the pop was so small I wanted upgrade. That more money for you all. The assistant manger yelled at the employee and myself and her we don’t take

I can only comment on the morning drive thru experience, but I must say it is top notch. No other McDonalds in the area even comes close to the well oiled machine that is the morning crew at this location. Orders are taken accurately, food is preperared correctly and with care, staff is polite and friendly and service is just downright impeccable.

I pulled up to the drive thru and was ordering but the speaker was super low. I had a really hard time hearing her. When I got to the pay window, I told the young lady that the speaker was really low. She started laughing and said she was talking to the wrong drive thru speaker. We cracked up. Then I pull forward to get the food and there she is again. I asked, "you're doing both?" She said she was. I told her I was impressed how she handled herself in what seemed like a hectic day for her. We laughed some more. Made my day. Great job, Jada! Great smile!
