I order for walk in pick up and after I got my donuts and coffee pretty quick after I was greeted. Once I got my order I walked out. I got in my vehicle and left. A few minutes later I went to grab a donut and I was shorted 1 donut. There were plenty of donuts on the racks. I’m not sure why I was shorted. I’ve tried to call the shop but no luck. They pickup but apparently they can’t hear me.

I asked for 2 SMALL french vanilla LATTES but the register person rang me as 2 medium French vanilla coffees. When he repeats my order, i told him that i want 2 lattes. Then i saw he charged me for both coffees and lattes. Good thing i was still at the store. Also, the latte tasted weird so i told him i need them remake. They were looking at me like I'm crazy. They remade my drinks but they were not filled to the top. I understand how they might feel because i work at a Starbucks, but this is not the right way to treat your customer. I only had my phone with me so i asked for cash as my refund

The manager of this location needs to train their baristas on drink quality as the drinks aren’t consistent. I was a barista for seven years and I order a simple latte. Half of the time I purchase here, I get a cappuccino instead of a latte because there’s too much foam. This happened today and I noticed it before I left the window. I mentioned to the employee the drink was light, she tried to explain foam to me. I appreciate it but again, I was a barista for 7 years, I understand foam in drinks. She remade my drink and it was exactly the same, essentially a cappuccino. I left and said it was

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts in the area. Sad that there are so few locations to choose from. I'm not sure how this particular "Dunkin" can't seem to get an ice coffee correct after ten or more times. I thought Dunkin was the originator of the commercial ice coffee. Then get upset when it gets pointed out and I get retaliated on. Pretty sure someone put something in my coffee because of how foul it tasted. This location is very bad and I recommend to go somewhere else. Management is full of pride and thinks everything they touch is gold. I'll go out of my way to avoid this place from
