If you go early in the morning, the quality of the drinks is better. There’s an employee who works early mornings that does a good job making drinks, she’s worked there for awhile. Otherwise they’re not made properly, the espresso ratio is off (not enough). I think the staff needs more, or better, training.

This morning I pulled into the drive through and ordered a Large iced Caramel Latte and a Bacon/egg/cheese bagel. I pull up to the window to pay and upon getting my receipt I noticed I was charged for two sandwiches instead of one. A 7$ difference. I mentioned this to the girl at the window showing her how I was accidentally charged for two sandwiches and asked if she could refund me for the second sandwich. To which she replied “sorry I can’t refund that I will be fired, I can give you a donut instead”. How can you not refund me for a mistake that you made?! Doesn’t make any sense. She also w

I try and go to Dunkin every morning before school and Nadia is always there. She’s fast, friendly, and never messes up my order. Literally the best part of my mornings !! Couldn’t ask for better service.

Hot and cold coffee drinks are consistently terrible. Management is definitely cutting corners to make more money. I called the Dunkin corporate office and their service is also horrendous. The Dunkin company is 50 years behind Starbucks!
