What is this…. Even a Mcchicken gets lettuce and mayo. I ordered mccrispy delux. You gotta be kidding me. These people can’t do this everyone has to work for there money I don’t understand this laziness. I worked for the money I just wasted on this wack sandwich they could’ve prepared better. Not coming here again

The drive-thru is set up in a way where people approach from both sides causing so much gridlock you cant get by or pull into a parking space. Employees weren't at register so needed to order from the kiosk which makes the process even longer.

Normally don't have an issue here but just now an associate made a mistake at the register. That's not the issue, everyone makes mistakes. The issue is, what seemed to be the manager had us sitting at the window for over 10 minutes without any explanation. He just tap tap tapped the computer and my card for over 10 minutes while my 2 bags of ice, and my daughter's milkshake melted away on the counter. Then he walked away, I had to ask another associate for an explanation and to make my daughter's milkshake over again. My two bags of ice already started to melt and water pooled in the bottom o
