I watched in horror as the cashier handled money and then went straight to prepping orders without washing or changing gloves. I left so fast it should’ve broken the sound barrier. Absolutely nasty—don’t eat here unless you enjoy taking risks with your health.

The Chipotle in Shirley certainly gives the smallest portion of food I have ever received. Ordered 2 bowls and was extremely disappointed by the portion sizes of everything that was given. $31 for 2 bowls that left us feeling hungry immediately afterwards. I will definitely avoid this Chipotle and choose a local Mexican spot instead.

Haven’t been to chipotle in literally about a year due to my last time being there being a poor experience as well. Rice is half cooked half uncooked causing me to bite down on quite a few hard piece of rice and taste as if someone poured a full pound of salt into the rice. Smh only decent thing about my meat was my daughter’s quesadilla and the chips we got.

3/30/26 7:40 PM Terrible Staffing at chipotle today, The line was extremely dirty and unkempt. The poor girl making everyone’s order has her two male coworkers behind her Chatting and watching her work instead of helping clean up or take care of the line. This chipotle is only good when I see the older woman with the glasses working, The rest of the staff It’s a work better as a team
