I ordered an item by mistake on the app and had to file a refund case. Jeremiah was working and imminently offered me a complimentary donut or a drink since I had already paid. Very respectful kind man. Made my day 10x better even just offering to fix the problem in the spot.

This Dunkin donuts is very disgusting and nasty!! I had a dead Mosquito in my donut. I’m highly upset den i had to waste my gas to come all the way back n the manager had the audacity to only refund me $1.89 after driving 30 mints back! When i told the manager she acted like she didn’t care and her attitude was rude ! I will never ever come back here . Disgusting i almost throw up on myself when i saw that dead mosquito on my dount . This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!
