Sat at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes after being told they'd be right with me. I finally just left. Noone was in front of me, 4 vehicles waiting behind me. This place really needs a mgr that cares about their customers.

Food was fine, but the service was absolutely terrible. I pulled up in the drive thru, expecting some type of greeting that whoever is taking your order, is ready (right?!). I did not get any greeting as it was dead silent until I said ‘hello?’ And I got a greeting back, so I proceeded with my order: Small caramel frappe, 6 piece nugget, and the mcChicken meal with extra mayo. The lady was so rude that I was asking for extra mayo and acting very short and frustrated with me for no reason. Anyways- once I got the food, she gave me a 4 piece nugget, not 6 which I requested. I didn’t make a deal

Placed an online order and got there 20 mins later as I was on the interstate heading home. Had to wait roughly 15+ minutes in the drive through just to get to the speaker and another 10 from there for a happy meal. Get home and find the meal is missing the extra fries I ordered and they didn't include a toy, its an activity book. I waited too long and didn't get everything I should have gotten and worst of all this upset my child who was looking forward to "lots of French fries"

It’s like a Temu McDonald’s. Most of the time they only have a few menu items, have 1 person working, or it takes so long I drive away. I am curious what the requirements are to own a franchise, and I am curious if this place follows those requirements. Avoid if you can.
