I usually love arby's, but this time I don't know what happened Sunday february 15 3pm ordered the French dip and didn't get the dip. My husband ordered food and didn't get any of his. He picked it up through the drive, through and drove home. So didn't know it till he got home. We had a Turkey bacon ranch, and the bread was so hard like it just sat out for 24 hours. It was nasty and the Turkey inside my sandwich was the butt end slice of the Turkey. It was kind of gross. I recently had an encounter with this location, which has put me off from wanting to order there again anytime soon, possibly indefinitely. I ordered through the app, well before they were supposed to close, and when I got there a few minutes later, the store was closed, lights were off, and no one was there. I tried to cancel my order through the app, but there's no option for it. I called and left a message, asking for someone to call me back, and provide a refund. It's been awhile since I had gone to Arby's to get some food and was in a mood for some roast beef sandwiches. So, I go to Arby's to get some food before going to work. I place my order, get my food, and I'm on my way to work. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and an XL coke. I get onto the expressway, listening to some music, get out my first sandwich and away I go. First sandwich was gone, it was good, and now I'm ready for the second one.
