They messed up my order, charged extra, AND is not answering phone calls. Parts of the order were missing, they charged us 9 dollars extra. The receipt shows it. I have called this locations phone number 11 times now and it has gone to voicemail every time. Terrible customer service, no representation. I do NOT recommend this place.

Sometimes when you're running around for the day, it's just so easy to pop into Taco Bell and pick yourself a filling, tasty meal pretty quickly. And if you're vegetarian or vegan, it's difficult to beat the accessibility and variety of Taco Bell, particularly for fast-food. Figured I would stop in and grab some dinner on the fly. Drive thru was quick so no issues there. However, at no point was I informed that they did not have any ice. Not to terrible aside from the fact that I wanted a cold drink and wasn't prepared for a room temperature pop at drive thru. When I asked if they had any ice I was responded back with a "no sorry". Which isnt a huge tragedy but maybe a little heads up at the ordering screen would have probably changed my drink choice. Now, the bigger issue .
