I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin location today. I placed a mobile drive-thru order for a refresher, but realized at pickup that I had accidentally selected the wrong flavor in the app. I politely asked if I could exchange it for another refresher of the same size and price, and explained that I had simply made a mistake ordering. if i could give it zero start i would i came in feb 2 with my daughter son && fiancé it took over 10 minutes for someone to come greet me and take my order the worker just stared at me rude…. my 2 kids order bubble gum ice cream the rude guy from behind the counter gives them peppermint ice cream i politely tells him he remakes the order this time he put strawberry ice cream i tells him nicely this is the wrong one he completely snap 🫰 they had the strawberry stocked where bubble gum was suppose to be im 7 months pregnant and spend 31 dollars there i don’t have time to argue with a rude wor
