Dutchies is usually a pleasant experience today not so much. Service was good and friendly as always but my drink….. the entire thing was ice. I took two sips and half the drink was gone. Probably won’t be back to this location

I don't know why this Dutch brothers does not have more reviews. You can get your coffee anywhere in the morning, afternoon, or evening but the people are what make it worth coming back. As regulars we find ourselves excited when someone new starts and sad when they leave. The staff is sweet and accurate with orders, the sizes are larger than Starbucks for better value. They have a better sugar free menu vs the competitors. Some know our order before we even start to tell them, and when we got engaged the entire staff signed a card for us. <3 Totally can't play favorites and call out the amaz

Alondra was such a delight, she’s so amazing at her job! The drink was amazing and everyone is so happy to be there. I will be coming back again just for Alondra!!! The management here is the best at keeping things in order and keeping the employees happy. Bri was also so fun and makes my day every single time!!!

I love dutch bros but when arriving at this location, they did NOT meet the standard of custie love. We were barely greeted, did not ask about our day, and ultimately we just wanted some coffee cake. Tell me why we received two chocolate chip muffintops and the lady who greeted us had long red braids who didn't confirm our order with us nor follow the steps of excellent customer service. She didnt ask for a tip but with that quality, I doubt we would've had given one. Please improve and cheers to growth. 🫰
