You have to laugh so you do not cry. $10 large hot chai latte with expresso ordered at kiosk. Completely forgotten for 20+ minutes. Finally go ask about it after waiting an eternity. Everyone behind me at the kiosk gets a drink. They cannot find the order. OK. Finally make it. No expresso. This was how full it was. Too sweet. You have to laugh so you do not cry.

I couldn’t believe it, but they told me I couldn’t get a Cortado or a flat white at this Peet’s! Is it a franchise? Who knows, but I think Petes should get with it. The Starbucks across from it was full and busy and this place was not.

The coffee is consistently good and I appreciate the cozy atmosphere, perfect for getting some work done. However, the service can be hit or miss, with some baristas being friendly while others seem a bit rushed and detached. Overall, it's a decent spot for a caffeine fix, just don't expect top-notch service every time.
