Ordered the 2 biscuits and gravy this morning in the drive through and tell me why there are 2 biscuits stacked on top of each other and just enough gravy to cover the top biscuits?? Ridiculous for the price you pay for that item. They also had to remake the mocha frappes I ordered because those where even wrong. I could possibly understand if you was seriously busy but it wasn't. Even had to wait for hash browns which were not hot if they just cooked them 🙄. Order number 1212

Went there with my 77 year old dad and my granddaughters ordered 34 dollars worth of food and got the food it was all in 1 bag ( double quarter 2 Mc chickens 2 small fries and 2 cheese burger meal large on dqp large fries and drink for me and dad 43 cent for s&s sauce the lady was rude . I passed the food out and said may we get napkins sauce qnd ketchup please she keep say they were in the bag then tried to charge us 43 for another sauce wit h we did not ever get .. !!! I was sadden when I went there . I have worked for McDonald's for 12 years. I ha e never seen such h bad customer servi

Worst McDonald's in Springfield, MO I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! This store can never get the order right, they are EXTREMELY SLOW, and they do not care how long you have to wait. When you say, I have been sitting in this drive thru for 15 minutes (after I paid at the first window), the response was, oh really. YES REALLY! Then to top it all off my cheeseburger was made wrong. This experience was my last. The time before this they gave me my shake and asked me to pull forward. After 10 minutes I went in and asked where my order was and asked to have the shake remade since it was not a shake but

I placed my order online on 11/27/25 yes Thanksgiving. When I arrived to pick up my food I waited 10 to 15 minutes at the drive thru window. A voice came on and said,can I help you? I said I was there to pick up my online order. Then nothing! Waited 10 more minutes at the drive thru window . Nobody ever came. No closed signs anywhere! There were people waiting in line before me and people behind me. I could not leave until they left. Then I went over to another McDonald's also not opened. I tried to call customer service but they too were closed. Unbelievable! No refund given had to call the
