I’m giving this -5 stars: I placed an order via the app 20 minutes ago for pickup at the drive-thru lane, but I was told to pull over and wait—and this is the fourth time it’s happened. On top of that, the order always takes a very long time to prepare.

It ruined my day. First I payed for two strawberry pies got 1 apple, order my kid happy meal with fifa toy got stranger things toy and fries with out salt also payed extra for bigmac sauce and didn’t got it, people in there don’t understand English and refuse to collaborate. Never come to this place until they change something. Update after 2 weeks same things happening

The younger woman at the drive thru with glasses clearly takes their job a step above than what I’ve dealt with at the many McDonald’s I’ve ate at. Very kind and polite and made sure my order was right before I left. I come here often and always had a good experience but this visit made me certain that this location is a good mile above many other McDonald’s near the area

I placed an order through the mobile app and selected curbside pickup. When I arrived and parked in a curbside spot, the app instructed me to go through the drive-thru instead to receive my order. I proceeded to the drive-thru, and at the order station I was told to go to the second window to pick up my food. When I arrived at the second window, I provided my order number. The employee wearing a green shirt asked me for a code, but I explained that I did not have a code, only the order number provided by the app. The employee became very rude, rolling her eyes and stating that she would not
