“Food was well prepared and came on time”

Placed an order. Fries was dumped in the bottom of the bag. Sanwich was on top. The bun bread was so hard, that I was unable to tear the sandwich in half, the patties were almost black. I submit a complaint & requested a refund. It has been over two weeks & still have not received my refund

I did a mobile order this morning and the app genuinely would not work when we tried to pick it up from curbside. The app then told us to go through the drive thru. Once we were in the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was incredibly rude and very loud with us as we tried to explain the order and how to find it. After pulling up to the window and hoping to just get our order, they then told us we would have to come INSIDE and get it. Why they couldn’t just hand it to us through the window, i do not know. The service here is absolutely horrible. The staff is always rude and very slow. I do n

DeSoto machine is hardly ever working properly don't get me started on the ice cream I don't know if that's every McDonald's or just this one but it never works I guess the customer service is okay could be a lot better like if you were to get greeted when you walk into the door if Wendy's can do it I know McDonald's can so all in all your best bet would probably be somewhere else unless you're in a rush
