B&B Whitworth★★Ordered frozen coffee. Saw the lid off blender fall to the floor. It was picked up and put on blender before blending coffee without even rinsing it off! When I picked up the drink I asked if that happened. The one who made it kept her back to me and did not acknowledge the question.
