I was horrified at just how dirty this shop is. Absolutely disgusting. The display window, grill, tables, floors. You won’t see us again. The staff must hate their job, because the plating was done with zero love. Brown Avo and old lettuce. Your staff is rude (except for the trainee who were bullied). Imagine paying people who destroys your business.

Very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I tried the beans, and they were unexpectedly spicy—so much so that I still have the heat lingering in my mouth. It tasted like an excessive amount of cumin or strong seasoning was added. This is not something you typically expect, especially from a place that serves so many families. I ordered this for my child, and as soon as he tried it, he started crying because of how strong the flavor was. That’s really concerning. On top of that, the cheese in the quesadilla was still raw, and I had to finish cooking it at home. There should be more cons

Came to pick up an order as an Uber Eats driver and there was only one person preparing uber take out orders while there were 3 front counter employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Why couldn't they prepare the rest of the order instead of having people wait idle for 30 minutes

Adding to the bad reviews - my carne asada burrito with double carne, lettuce, fresh tomato salsa, white rice and cheese arrived as...... literally rice and sour cream smashed in a small wrap. Stupid would be a compliment.
