I haven't eaten from here in a long time but I decided to make an order threw Doordash and I'm so glad I did. My food was delicious. I ordered the Honey sesame chicken and Grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice Everything was hot and fresh. I even got a fortune cookie. On top of that the price was very affordable.

Food tastes like smoke! Every single bite of every single piece of our food tasted like smoke. Two separate orders, one bigger plate, one big plate and literally everything tasted like smoke. Someone is either lacing things in the back or breathing directly into the food they’re cooking while actively smoking because this is WAY too much smoke taste! Neither my husband could finish and I’m genuinely considering having my food tested by the police because it’s that powerful of a taste.

Today I received the worse service from this location… the manager seemed all over the place. Food was not out multiple people had to wait for entrees, which wasn’t the problem. However the cashier needed more support instead of the manager discounting my food which I waited over 20 minutes for… he discounts a lady after me that came in and spent at least 5 minutes inside to get her food. How do you not have food prepared prior to a rush?

I recently left my wallet at Panda Express and was so stressed, but the staff kept it safe for me. A girl named Sia went above and beyond to help by taking a picture of my ID and sending it to me so I could confirm everything. She was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole situation. Amazing customer service and I’m really grateful for her help!
