I have no idea why this food was so bad, it’s usually good. The frozen coffee is tooo SWEET I’m not trying to get diabetes. It’s certain crews that work here you must stay away from‼️

Stopped in and asked for a water cup, something most places provide as a basic courtesy. The employee behind the counter tried to tell me it would be $2, which is ridiculous and felt like a blatant cash grab. On top of that, the interaction was extremely unprofessional—no greeting, no explanation, no customer service skills whatsoever. The attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, and it was clear there’s little to no customer service training happening here. This location gives Dunkin’ a bad name. If you expect basic courtesy or consistency with standard practices, go somewhere else.

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts, a location I’m familiar with since I grew up in the area. I generally enjoy their food, and the quality has remained consistent. Mornings can be a bit slow, and at times I’ve had some difficulty communicating with staff due to strong accents, though I want to emphasize this is not a criticism, just an observation. I’ve also noticed that the store seems less busy than it was before the pandemic. Despite this, I find the service to be good, and the overall experience is positive. I would recommend it for a reliable Dunkin’ visit.
