I ordered a Filet-O-Fish through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago, and what I received was completely cold — like it had been sitting around for at least a day. They just slapped a ton of tartar sauce on it and didn’t even bother to microwave or heat it up. It felt totally disrespectful to customers. This sandwich is going straight in the garbage. I should have known something was off when the person taking my order asked me to repeat myself and I could clearly hear him laughing in the background. Probably leftover food from the day before. Gross. Never again at this location.

The service in this McDonald’s is horrible. I come here at least twice a week for coffee or breakfast and it they never fail to make me upset. When you’re at the drive through they won’t greet you unless you say something, they don’t go in order they take just one side no matter how much you have been waiting so speak up if you’re out there too long because they don’t care. The drive thru can be completely empty and they will still make you wait like if they had 5 cars in line and when you get your food it’s not even hot so they aren’t taking long to give you fresh hot food.
