Where to start. Never written a bad review. Feel free to look through my history. There was us and one person in the whole place. Took 17 minutes for our order to come out. Fries were cold, burgers cold, soda flat, apple pie luke warm. Worse McDonald's experience I've had in over five decades on earth. It took about five minutes just to place the order. First person started taking it, then got yelled at by another lady that complained the entire time after running that person off. Then she messed it up so badly the manager had to unlock the register. Repeated the entire order no less than f

Why does it seem that everything is more expensive here but the quality and service keeps going down hill. Nothing is efficient here and wait times have increased. The mobile app is supposed to maje things faster but I wonder if ordering at the counter is faster. This is one location thats needs training due to thr amount of cars that leave due to wait times.

Well this location is extremey slow. Last night i was in the drive through for 30 mins just to get to the ordering board. I waited another 15 mins and was never waited on so I drove away. The daytime shift is also pretty slow but my orders are always accurate. The only other issue is this locatio. Makes the specialty coffees different every single time. For example if I order a vanilla coffee it is made ine way one time, another way the next time. And yet another way the next time. If i ask them or tell them they made it wrong there is a lot of attitude that isn't worth it. So i just don't ge

I went inside to get breakfast but my order is the Big Breakfast sub the sausage for bacon. The kiosk does not have that as an option even though I’ve ordered this for decades. I was waiting by the register and two employees looked my way but said nothing, not even letting me know they will be with me when they get the chance. I understand the kiosks are helpful and the restaurant is busy but it’s not an excuse to ignore the customers in the lobby.
