I’m not a person to write reviews but I’ve never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. They would clear the pos order screen and go based off tickets to not run up times and were a complete scattered mess. I waited almost 30 minutes in the lobby for 2 mcchicken’s and an ice cream cone, on top of waiting once I got home and checked my sandwiches they were both made wrong. My order was #637. I hope Manuel see’s this and corrects the night manager because the way they were running isn’t effective and a mess. To bump the orders for the lobby but then send them at random and completely forget abo

This is the most plain McDonalds I’ve ever been in. It’s supposed to be “modern” but it’s boring and lifeless. Not to mention every table was filthy for a place that looks either newer or renovated. We came into the dining room to eat and waited about 25 mins for a couple burgers and fries. And then the attendant brought out everything separately and as slow as possible.. Asked for napkins 3x cause they don’t have dispensers in the dining area anymore. I know it’s McDonalds and I shouldn’t have very high expectations. It’s just not even close to what it used to be.
