I wanted to get an item from my mobile order remade because the chicken tender was literally inedible and hard to bite through (See picture). I felt really bad for asking but pregnancy craving unfortunately. It was hard for them to understand what I wanted but said I could get it remade. I waited 10ish minutes with multiple cars behind me getting their order delivered. It was weird cause it was one simple food item? I just decided to throw it in the trash thinking they might have done something to the wrap considering their overall weird vibe for a remake. Cherry on top, they forgot the chees

Ordered the same drink THREE times and each time they gave me the wrong drink and size I really dont think a 44 Limeade is a hard order to get correct so why am I receiving sprite with limes? Thats two COMPLETELY different drinks and their phones dont work when you try to call and get your order fixed 0/10 would not recommend

I bought a burgers meal and I opened my box and my burger was all wet soggy ! So was My box wet and soggy it was not good experience lettuce’s was soaking wet I think the workers need more training on making the food !!! If you want people to go back food has to be good and made with effort

I ordered a cheeseburger some drinks and sides at 4:30 through the mobile app. The burger had too much sauce on it. I couldn’t eat the burger as all the sauce made the bun soggy. I called for a refund and they said without the receipt they couldn’t issue a refund. I told them I wasn’t handed a receipt as it was a mobile order and I just have the confirmation emailed receipt available. They said that wouldn’t work and they could not issue me a refund for the burger. Just to be clear, I was not asking for a refund for the whole meal, just the soggy burger and I made that clear over the phone. Ev
