I been coming to this location with my grandkids for a little over a year and I find it very disappointing that on many visits there is minimal staff and many don't speak or understand English, And I'm multi cultural so I'm NOT being prejudice. The wait time can be ridiculous, and there does not have to be a crowd but the most disappointing thing is the doors are heavy and they're NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY OR STROLLER FRIENDLY! There is a smoothed out portion of sideway to enter but that's it. The food has been just ok, if you a request fresh food you basically have to watch them because they will

Placed an order online for pickup, get to the drive thru just to be told they cancelled the order with that not being brought to my attention prior to arriving to pick up my order. We then ask to speak to a manager, the manager Mirea gets to the window and immediately starts giving an attitude, doesn’t try to diffuse the situation in anyway, threatens to call the police because we asked for a receipt on the order or some sort of proof stating the amount of money that was taken from my account for the order - was going to be refunded to my account. Got a Big Arch Burger and my burger was undercooked. Still a pretty good place just worrying food.

After being told to park in the mobile order curbside pickup spot. I’ve seen 15 people get their order before I did. I simply got fries and chicken nuggets. This is outrageous. Never will I come back to this location!
