I visited Chipotle around 10:45 AM on June 19th and placed an order for a bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, and rice. Upon returning home and starting to eat, I noticed a black bug crawling around in my food. Naturally, I was quite alarmed and disturbed by the experience. I tried to contact the store afterward, but I kept getting an automated robot response, which was frustrating. Whatever good reviews you see of this place must have been posted the night of a blue moon. I decided today after coming here a number of times and being thoroughly disappointed by the food, the portions, the staff, and the cleanliness, that I will not be returning to this location as long as exist. I've learned by now to cross off the horrible locations and never spend a penny there again. Today my bowl had 1/5 chicken, and when I asked if it was the honey chicken I was lied to straight to my face, and that was it after everthing I've dealt with here.
