Pretty much ordering on a TV screen and it takes a bit... however, my son was feeling light headed and dropped our drinks. I blocked the area with chairs and offered to ckean it up. A worker on break jumped up and got cones. I offered to mop it up and he genuinely and kindly said its ok and to sit down and he would replace our drinks. Not used to this in this time and day. Kudos to whomever hired him. I put atmosphere 4 out of 5 as some (possibly non ordering) teens brought their ebikes in and were playing their phones loudly- nothing on the restaurants wrong doing.

Out of every single McDonald’s I’ve been, this is hands-down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been. The staff here are friendly, the service is quick, and the food here taste amazing. Definitely will be coming back whenever I’m craving McDonald’s. 😊

Worst location in all of Tracy California. They forgot two of my items the first order and then completely messed up the next order. Had to call corporate because nobody at the store picked up. Finally got a call from one of the managers days later telling me that I could come in and get a cash refund. Come in to get the refund and get told they can only remake a few items. Go to either of the 11th McDonald’s. Esella needs to go back to managerial customer service training
