I ordered an ice coffee today and the cup had a slit in the side of the cup. This had happened before a couple weeks ago. The coffee was dripping out of the side of the cup pretty good. I was able to catch it from making a mess in my car. The second time was today, I put the coffee in my cup holder. I went to pick it up and I saw there was another slit in the side of the cup. I also noticed my cup holder was flooded with the coffee and that the cup was half full. I usually like this location for its convenience, but not after this time. Great place to start your day with a cup of a delicious coffee! Latte with an extra shot of espresso was delicious! Service is excellent, fast and friendly! location is quite spacious and usually not too crowded inside. Drive through was recently opened.

Got a sausage egg and cheese- cashier informed me I got the last of the sausage they had (it was 1pm) so I was grateful, she seemed brand new so I gave her patience. Got in the car and there was no sausage. She said one of the other workers made a different sandwich with it or something so I waited some time and received a new one. The new one came out looking like the pictures on the menu! Glad everything was resolved quickly just seems as if they need some more leadership in there.

Worst biggby location we've been too. They are also super slow and do not always make sure the lids are secure so coffee gets spilled. One time we went in the afternoon and the drinks tasted like there wasn't even espresso in it.
