Today, May 1, 2026 at approximately 11:10am I had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s that I go to often. I placed my order and requested Dr Pepper as the drinks. In a very short tone the girl said “We don’t have Dr Pepper”. I said I’ve purchased Dr Pepper here in the past. She said “We only sale coke products”. I said okay coke then. She gave me no price, no thank you … just “Drive up to the first window”. The guy at the first window .. with the fan and noise in the background was whispering. I had to read his lips to understand the price. Again no thank you. I drove to the next w

got halfway through the burger before i actually looked at it and saw it was raw. annie the manager said to “bring it in tomorrow so we can see what’s wrong”. no apology, no contact number or email for corporate, literally zero accountability or remorse. horrible customer service and clearly negligent staff. hate to be that person but this is beyond unacceptable. so disgusted.

I want to recognize the outstanding team work at this location. Starting with Les and Jayden that took care of me at the front with my extremely complicated order! I do apologize as I was getting lunch for myself and co workers, BUT STILL, they knew exactly how to work with the me and all the customers that were there during rush hour in a very professional and familiar manner. I want to also thank Lawanda for being such an amazing persona! And Eboni! You all made my round about so much easier and I truly I appreciate you guys for taking a moment to check if there was froth for the dirty Dr.pe

This place is the absolute worst. Time and time again they continue to get your order wrong and then on top of that the service is unbearable. If it was not for the fact that I lived so close to this dump and my kids need food. I would avoid this place like the plague! AND IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES ASK FOR ANNIE. SHE WILL HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU WHILE YOU TRY TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF. 0/5
