Food is cold. Ordered a supreme box. First taco fell apart. Bottom of the taco. The the next gordea taco cold. Normal the shell is soft this one was no hard as a rock. Food sucks. Its not a good taco bell I would never come here at least this location

So bad… every single time I order from here, no matter what time of day or night, my order is constantly wrong. It’s always just dumped in the bag, or completely wrong. The food is always a mess within the wrappers and they can’t portion control to save their lives. Which is wild because Taco Bell has a specific order to doing things with scoops that are portioned. It really seems like they don’t care at all.

I usually love going to Taco Bell, but this experience was absolutely horrible. I got a Baja blast instead of my blue freeze and then on my burrito, it had sour cream whenever I had specifically asked for no sour. My sister ordered two soft shell tacos with no lettuce and there’s lettuce on them. Come on guys. It’s common sense. I live an hour away. What do you expect me to do turn around whenever I’m already in Richmond. Manager needs to learn to have a better attitude. Will not be coming here again.

Made us wait in drive thru for like 15 to 20 minutes because they had a high volume of orders inside and in drive thru. There were 2 cars in drive thru that had ordered and a grand total of 5 people ordering using 2 kiosks. With 3 people sitting at tables. Like literally nobody is working some of them are dancing back there
